Terms and Conditions

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your item is damaged or missing, please contact us within 30 days and we will refund or replace the item.  Please contact us at earthworksfarmalaska@gmail.com or 907-745-6725.  If your order is damaged, please photograph the damage and send us an email.  If you choose a replacement, we’ll ship it to the original shipping address.  If a package is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, you will need to pay for shipping to the new address.

Return Policy

You may request to return an item if it’s unused and in its original packaging.  Opened items may not be returned.  If you want to return an item, please email us at earthworksfarmalaska@gmail.com within 30 days.  You are responsible for return shipping.  All refunds for the product price are applied to the original method of payment.  Shipping costs, taxes, or duties will not be refunded.  Allow 10 days for returns to process.  Wholesale orders may not be returned.  The shop may choose to decline any return request for any reason, although we generally will try to honor returns.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.  We do not accept checks except for wholesale orders.  We only accept cash at in-person sales locations.

Shipping Information

Some items are stocked and can be shipped within one day.  Other items are handmade after order and must be created before we can ship.  Please expect anywhere between 1-3 days before your order ships.  You will receive an email indicating that your order shipped.  Please note that if the farm staff are out on leave/holiday, in rare occasion there may be an additional day or two of processing time.  Shipping is charged at the time of checkout.  You will be provided shipping options and may choose depending on when you want to receive the product.

Security

Our site uses industry standard encryption.  You may choose to use PayPal instead of providing a Credit Card or Debit Card number if you would like.

Change or Add to an Order

You can change your order by first cancelling the order.  Once cancelled, you can re-order.  We cannot edit orders.  You cannot add to an existing order, but you can order again.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order by calling or emailing us.  If we have not already handmade the product and the product has not shipped, we will cancel the order and refund you.  If the product has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order.  We can refund you if you ship the product back in new condition.  We cannot refund shipping if the product has already shipped.

Combining orders

We cannot combine orders.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays in shipping by our carrier (USPS).  Please note that delivery times may vary, especially depending on the shipping method chosen.

Incorrect Address

If you provide the incorrect address, and the item is not returned to us, we are not responsible for refunding the order.  Please double-check your addresses when ordering and ensure it is the correct address.

International Shipping

We ship to any country where it is legal to do so.  We do not ship to sanctioned countries (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria).

Customs Charges

You are responsible for covering any customs charges for international orders.

Sales Tax

Local sales tax is charged, if applicable, automatically.

Order Minimum

There is no minimum order price or quantity.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason (where permitted by law).

Terms and Conditions Changes

We may change these terms and conditions at any time.  There may be typographical errors on our site and in these terms and conditions.  If such errors exist, we reserve the right to correct and clarify those errors at any time.

Earthworks Farm is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways. We don’t guarantee website links or the policy of authorized third parties.

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our products and services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

Sensitive Information

Sensitive information includes information or opinion about such things as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information.

Sensitive information will not be collected by AbeilleAlaska.com or Earthworks Farm.
